Dear Passenger,

In view of recommendations issued by Mexico’s federal health authorities regarding a possible flu epidemic, Grupo Mexicana is waiving ticket change fees on flights to and from Mexico, and on flights that connect at the Mexico City International Airport:

• Passengers booked on domestic flights and who are scheduled to travel between April 24 and May 10, 2009 will not be subject to ticket change fees.
• The same applies to passengers booked on international flights and who are scheduled to travel between April 24 and May 15, 2009.
• The only exception is our Buenos Aires–Mexico City-Buenos Aires route, where ticket change fees will be waived in the case of passengers scheduled to travel between April 24 and May 20, 2009.
• In the event you choose to reschedule your flight and no seats are available in the class you originally booked, you will be charged only the difference on the applicable fare.
• You new ticket will remain valid until December 10, 2009.
• Under no circumstances can ticket refunds be made, regardless of the type of fare you have purchased; we can, however, exchange your ticket for a NON-REFUNDABLE MCO, which is valid for travel on any Grupo Mexicana airline.
